Master Thesis TU Delft

Novel calibration methodology for a passive surgical tracker arm, developed at Amsterdam UMC. A certified ground-truth artefact was designed and manufactured to lock all degrees of freedom simultaneously, solving the problem mechanically through rigid body mechanics, kinematic modelling, and precision measurement rather than in software. Sub-millimetre accuracy achieved. Graded 8.
